At the heart of our business is family. We’re Chad and Lauren, the husband-and-wife team behind every design, build, and remodel we take on. For the past 14 years together, we’ve poured our passion into creating homes that aren’t just beautiful, but filled with the same love, connection, and memories we value most in our own lives.

When we’re not sketching floor plans or building dream spaces, we’re spending time with our three amazing boys who inspire us every day. Our oldest, Mason 18, just achieved an incredible milestone as one of the youngest correctional officers in Sonoma County, hired straight out of high school. Tristan 15 is thriving at Windsor High School, where he’s happiest surrounded by friends. And Jaxon 11, a student at Windsor Middle School, brings his energy and love for baseball to everything he does — recently earning a spot on the Windsor All-Star team.
